Singer-songwriter Amanda Marshall has released three multi‑platinum albums since 1995, beginning with her Diamond-certified debut—one of only 18 Canadian albums ever to reach that milestone. The record sold more than 6 million copies worldwide and produced seven Top 10 singles, including “Let It Rain,” “Beautiful Goodbye,” “Dark Horse,” and “Birmingham.” Marshall toured this album globally in support of Whitney Houston Marshall followed with Tuesday’s Child in 1999, a 6× platinum album produced by Don Was and featuring collaborations with Carole King and Eric Bazilian. In 2001, she shifted toward a more R&B‑influenced sound with Everybody’s Got a Story, produced by Peter Asher.
